We offer competitive prices and creative solutions for meeting your design needs. Our prices vary, depending on the size of your project and services required.
Design Fee
Hourly Rate Fees
We charge a competitive and reasonable design fee for all projects. The fee can range depending on the services you request. Our services includes a complete redesign of your space, including fabric selections, furniture options, and many more services. We manage the entire project, which includes hiring contractors and ensuring that all work is performed within the scheduled timeframe and completed to your satisfaction. Your only job is to establish the budget, approve the decorating plan, and we will take it from there. This service is the most preferred by our clients.
Flat Fees
Flat fees are charged for one complete design makeover of your space. The designer will meet with you, look at your space, and create a palate and design model to bring your space to life. We recommend choosing this option if you already have existing furniture that you would like to incorporate into the design. Also, if you are working with a limited budget but require the services of a professional designer, this option would be most suited.
Consultation Fee
There is a minimum consultation fee charged to each customer for the first visit and initial consultation.
Shopping Service
We offer an exclusive shopping service for our clients. With this service, one of our interior designers will shop for everything needed to complete your design project, including setting up and accepting the delivery of all furniture and/or supplies. This service is charged on an hourly basis for specific shopping services only and is an additional cost to the hourly fee.
